I have not updated the site in about a month. Well here is the updated news.
1. We aren't leaving for New York on the 15 but around the 10.
2. We are about to start the FINAL storyboard for "Love"

4. We very much do see a war short film in the future. It would be WWII and we are working with a possible series!

Filming times

We are filming in New York for about 26 days. Around June 15 to July 11. The exact date is not fully set, but actors and supplies are! We will be filming with a Canon Vixia Hv30 or quite possible the Canon Vixia Hv40.

2010 War film?

That is what we are thinking about here at Blackboard Films. Should we do a film on war. We were thinking "War is a really hard thing to create and manage a realistic storyline." So if this ends up happening we will most likely do a short film. Then the next big question is"What war"? We are targeting World War 2 or Vietnam? Bad News

Our offer has been declined by the History Channel:(. We need to try to find more sources of videos. They said "We do not lease our videos for such production, but good luck on your film." We are going to need all the luck in the world if we are going to make this film worth watching. Relocation

We are moving to a studio on the other coast, Portland Oregon. Portland will open so many more doors for Blackboard Films. Portland is the third best place to be for film 1. L.A./2. New York/3. Portland. We will be relocating to portland the summer of 2010. So we are still looking for help in the Tampa bay area of Florida. The movie "Love" is still in the baby steps of production. We are currently waiting for consent to use footage from the History Channel's T.V. production "102 Minutes that Changed America" for the future film "Love". Now I will post a blog telling if we(Blackboard Films) can use the video in the movie Love. We need the footage for some scenes in the movie, now we will edit the video to match the story line. So it won't be like you are watching the production again. Hope to give some good news soon

Blackboard Films is about to under go a HUGE project! The project is a movie about the September 11 Terrorist Attacks in New York, here is the catch... its a love story. Not between a Man and Women, but Mother and son. The film is called "Love".

"Love" Rita Motee(Jackie Farly) is working in her office building when it shakes, 10 feet side to side -8:45AM, Tuesday, September, 11 2001

Ike Motee(Shawn Farly) hears a booming sound from a distance, then he saw it. When he leaves his home to save mom it just so happens it is the wrong place at the worst time!
